Ms. Herschman joined the Board in December 2023 effective with the merger of EchoStar and DISH Network Corporation and is a member of our Audit Committee and Compensation Committee. Prior to the merger between EchoStar and DISH Network Corporation, Ms. Herschman served as a member of EchoStar Corporation’s Board of Directors from April 2021 to December 2023. From April 2018 to January 2021, Ms. Hershman served as Chief Management Officer for the U.S. Department of Defense and was a member of the President’s Management Council. From April 2015 to April 2018, Ms. Hershman was a Board Member and the Chair of the Scrum Alliance, an international association training and certifying agile development practitioners, and from January 2017 to April 2018, she served as its Interim Chief Executive Officer. In June 2011, Ms. Hershman founded The DeNovo Group, a business transformation consultancy, and she served as its Chief Executive Officer from formation through March 2018. Prior to that, Ms. Hershman was the Chief Executive Officer of Hammer and Company, a business process reengineering company, from March 2009 to June 2011. From March 2004 to March 2009, she was a Senior Vice President at Avnet, a global technology company. Ms. Hershman was on the Board of Directors of 1st Source Corporation, a banking company, from April 2018 until March 2020 and was a member of its Audit Committee and Trusts and Investments Committee.v
