About
Ms. Mantia most recently served as senior executive vice president and chief operating officer of Manulife Financial Corporation, an international insurance and financial services company, where she played a critical role in defining Manulife’s corporate strategy and oversaw its innovation portfolio and other corporate functions. Ms. Mantia has also served in a series of leadership roles at Royal Bank of Canada, a multinational financial services company, including executive vice president of Digital, Payments and Cards. Earlier in her career, she worked at McKinsey & Co., and practiced law at Davies Ward Phillips & Vineberg LLP. Ms. Mantia serves on the board of directors at Ceridian HCM Holding Inc. and at MindBeacon Holdings Inc. She also serves on the advisory board of Verily Life Sciences. Additionally, Ms. Mantia is active in the Canadian community as Chair of the Ministers’ Digital and Data Task Force for the Ontario government and on the boards of Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre and Canada’s Walk of Fame. Ms. Mantia is chair of the Compensation Committee and a member of the Governance Committee.
