r. Kofi A. Bruce has been an Independent Director of Electronic Arts Inc. since August 12, 2021. He is Chief Financial Officer at General Mills, Inc. since February 01, 2020. He served as Treasurer until 2010 when he was named Vice President, Finance for Yoplait. In addition, he also has professional experience working in merchant banking and venture capital in South Africa as well as in mortgage banking in the U.S. Mr. Bruce serves on the Board of Directors of the East Side Learning Center, a Partnership with St. Paul public schools that helps at-risk grade school children develop reading skills. He has been Director of Lifeworks Services, Inc since April 2010. In addition, he sits on the Business Advisory Board of the Carlson Consulting Enterprise at the University of Minnesota’s Carlson School of Business. Mr. Bruce holds BA from Stanford University in international relations and an MBA in finance and corporate strategy from the University of Michigan (Ross) School of Business.
