Additionally, Ms. Ross was Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Avon Products, Inc., a global manufacturer and marketer of beauty and related products, from November 2011 until September 2014. Prior to joining Avon, she served as the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Royal Ahold N.V. (Royal Ahold), a food retail company, from 2007 to 2011, and held a variety of senior management positions during her tenure, which began in 2001.
