Kiko Washington retired from Warner Bros. Entertainment as executive vice president of worldwide human resources, where he served in that role since 2009 until December 2020 and was responsible for managing the company’s global HR department, including organizational planning and development, recruitment, compensation and benefits, employee training and development, employee relations, employee communications, inclusion and belonging, shared services and work-life initiatives. He joined Warner Bros. in 2000 as senior vice president of worldwide human resources.
A proven leader in shaping cultures and human resources initiatives globally, Kiko’s professional experience spans serving as vice president of human resources at Time Warner and 15 years as vice president of human resources at HBO.
