Mr. Denman sits on the board of the University of Washington’s Foster School of Business, he is the chairman of the University of Washington Foundation Board, and is a member of the Hospital Board of Trustees of Seattle Children’s. Mr. Denman’s qualifications to serve on the Board include knowledge and experience from service on the boards of other public companies, and his broad-ranging experiences, including chief executive and other leadership positions, in the areas of technology and international business.&nbsp.
