“Ken Cornew has been a member of the Board of Directors for Steel Dynamics, Inc. since May of 2016. He became Chairman of the Compensation Committee in May of 2022 and Lead Independent Director in May of 2023. Steel Dynamics is one of the largest and most diversified domestic steel producers and metals recyclers in the United States, with an estimated steelmaking and coating capacity of approximately 13 million tons, and facilities located throughout the United States and in Mexico.

Ken retired as the president and CEO of Exelon Generation, with 14,000 employees, 32,000 megawatts of power generation capacity and more than 2 million customers. With revenues of more than $20 billion and total assets of nearly $48 billion, Exelon Generation includes both the nation’s lowest-carbon fleet of power plants and the largest competitive energy supplier.
