elly Bennett is a Chairman, Board Member and CEO Advisor to some of the world’s most exciting brands.
Bennett serves as Executive Advisor to the leadership teams of Microsoft, Spotify and Sao Paolo based Nubank. He is also a member of the Strava Advisory Board and a TCV Venture Advisor, partnering with CEOs and founders as they strive to achieve market leadership.
Kelly is also the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Zalando. Based in Berlin, Zalando is Europe’s leading online fashion retailer delivering high quality clothing and accessories to 17 countries with gross sales of $14.8B in 2022 and serving 55M customers. Kelly serves as the Chairman of the Nomination Committee, Chairman of the Remuneration Committee and is a member of the Audit Committee.
Prior to this, Bennett served as the Netflix Chief Marketing Officer for 7 years. Reporting to the CEO, Kelly led global Marketing PR, Publicity and Social Media across 150 countries with an annual marketing budget of $2.5B. During this time Netflix grew from 22M US subscribers to more than 150M worldwide.
