Juan Muro-Lara, a prominent figure in the Spanish business landscape, was born on September 4, 1967. In addition to his role at Acciona, Mr. Muro-Lara holds several significant positions within prominent Spanish companies. He serves as Vice Chairman of the Supervisory Board and is a member of both the Executive Committee and the Audit Committee at Nordex SE.

Furthermore, Mr. Muro-Lara holds numerous leadership roles within BESTINVER, S.A., including Chairman of the Board of Directors of BESTINVER GESTIĂ“N, S.A. SGIIC, BESTINVER PENSIONES EGFP, S.A., and Vice Chairman of BESTINVER SOCIEDAD DE VALORES, S.A. He also serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors of SCUTUM LOGISTIC, S.L. within the Acciona Group, and as Chairman of the Board of Directors of SOLIDEO, S.L. Mr. Muro-Lara is additionally a member of the Board of Directors of QEV EXTREME, S.L.

Mr. Muro-Lara’s contributions to the business community extend beyond his corporate roles. He was elected to the Supervisory Board of Nordex SE on May 10, 2016, and his current mandate will continue until the General Meeting ratifies the acts of the Supervisory Board members in office for the financial year 2025.
