Joseph R. Hinrichs, president and chief executive officer of CSX Corporation, was elected to the Board of Directors of The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company on July 25, 2023.Prior to joining CSX in 2022, Hinrichs served as president of Ford Motor Company’s global automotive business, where he led its $160-billion automotive operations. Hinrichs also serves as director for CSX Corporation and as chairman of the board for Exide Technologies.
