He also oversees the OEM business to embed EMC technology into third-party IT solutions. From September 2010 to August 2011 he was a Director at McKinsey & Company, Inc. He joined EMC in 2010 from McKinsey & Co., where he was a Director and Senior Partner focusing on large technology companies and consulted with EMC. Mr. Eazor went on to serve as Senior Vice President and General Manager of HP Enterprise Services at Hewlett-Packard, an information technology corporation, from August 2008 to July 2010.
