From 1985 to 2009, Ambassador Roos practiced corporate and securities law at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, P.C., where he held the position of CEO. Ambassador Roos currently serves on the Board of Directors of Rakuten Group, Inc. and the Maureen and Mike Mansfield Foundation. Within the past five years, Ambassador Roos also served on the board of directors of Sony Corporation and the global advisory board of Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group
