Mr. Engquist (age 70) has been a director of the Company since February 2020. He serves on the Leadership Council of St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital in Memphis, Tennessee in addition to the Board of Directors of Our Lady of the Lake Regional Medical Center, based in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.
