John K. Morgan Former Chairman, President, and Chief Executive Officer Zep, Inc. He is also a director of Graphic Packaging Holding Company, a provider of paper-based packaging solutions, and a director of Veritiv Corporation, a business-to-business distributor of packaging, facility solutions, print and publishing products.

Mr. Morgan has extensive experience in the industrial distribution and specialty chemicals industries. He served as the Chairman, President, and Chief Executive Officer of Zep, Inc., a leading producer and marketer of a wide range of cleaning and maintenance solutions, from 2007 to 2015. Prior to that, he held various executive positions at Acuity Brands, Inc., a provider of lighting and building management solutions, and National Service Industries, Inc., a diversified industrial company.

Mr. Morgan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Management from Georgia Institute of Technology and a Master of Business Administration degree from Georgia State University. He is also a member of the Georgia Tech Foundation Board of Trustees and the Georgia Tech Advisory Board.
