About
Jessie Beckett-McWalter is Executive Vice President and Chief Legal Officer of Arconic Corporation.  In this role, Jessie oversees all areas of legal, ethics and compliance handled by the members of our legal team, and she provides advice and counsel to Arconic’s executive leadership team.
Jessie has nearly 20 years of experience in providing strategic legal counsel to public and private companies, including the areas of complex commercial negotiations, mergers, acquisitions and divestitures, strategic partnerships, antitrust matters, international distribution arrangements, construction projects, environmental and other compliance matters, intellectual property, labor and employment law matters, and international and domestic trade and compliance.
Jessie joined Arconic almost a year ago as Vice President and Assistant General Counsel, after serving as Vice President and Senior Counsel of Evoqua Water Technologies LLC in Pittsburgh.  She held several leadership roles since joining Evoqua in 2014, including serving as legal counsel to its Integrated Solutions & Services segment and the company’s executive leadership team on strategic domestic and international legal matters.
Prior to Evoqua, Jessie was General Counsel & Vice President of Human Resources of Chemimage Corporation in Pittsburgh. Â She previously practiced at two law firms located in California before moving to Pittsburgh to join Pepper Hamilton LLP as an associate in its Commercial Litigation Practice.
Jessie received her law degree, cum laude, from the University of California, Hastings, and her undergraduate degree, magna cum laude, from Brown University.
