Jennifer leads P&G’s global Health Care business, which encompasses the company’s Oral Care and Personal Health Care businesses and makes up 14% of P&G’s net sales. This includes a portfolio of billiondollar-plus properties under Crest, Oral-B and Vicks – along with many other well-known brands such as Metamucil, Pepto-Bismol, Fixodent and Neurobion. Previously, Jennifer led P&G’s global Feminine Care businesses, serving consumers from puberty through menopause in nearly 120 countries. Under her leadership, the business accelerated share and category growth across markets and delivered double-digit Operating Total Shareholder Return. She and her teams expanded the business size and portfolio with the acquisition of This is L., which resulted in P&G’s U.S. leadership in the fast-growing naturals segment.
