He served as Vice Chairperson of the Board of GRAIL, Inc. since October 2017 and has been its Director since March 2016. He has been an Independent Director at Electronic Arts Inc. since May 7, 2009. He served as a Member of Advisory Board at LendingClub Corporation since November 2013. He served as a Director of Illumina Inc. from July 31, 2014 to February 7, 2016.
