Jeffrey S. Raikes has been a director of the Company since December 2008. Mr. Raikes’ qualifications to serve on the Board are broad-ranging experiences, including senior leadership positions, in the areas of technology, agriculture, marketing, academia, and at one of the world’s largest foundations.
