Penney, Mr. Davis served as Chief Financial Officer of Darden Restaurants Inc., a restaurant operator, from July 2015 until March 2016 and Chief Financial Officer of the Walmart U.S. segment of Walmart Inc. from January 2014 to May 2015, and in various other positions of increasing responsibility at Walmart U.S. from 2006 to 2013. Mr. Davis’ experience also includes nine years in senior executive roles at Lakeland Tours LLC and McKesson Corporation. Mr. Davis is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the Pennsylvania State University and a master’s degree in business administration from the Joseph M. Katz Graduate School of Business at the University of Pittsburgh.
