Degree in engineering (BA), joined the CLAAS Group in 1984, held various functions in Research & Development and Manufacturing both in Germany and abroad, including Head of Development and Sales of Drive Train Technology for CLAAS Industrietechnik in Paderborn, Manufacturing Manager of the joint venture Caterpillar CLAAS America in Omaha, USA, Manufacturing Manager and subsequently Technical Manager of CLAAS Selbstfahrende Erntemaschinen GmbH (CSE) in Harsewinkel. Later he became Chairman of the Board for CSE and Manager of the Grain Harvest Division of the CLAAS Group, then he was responsible within the Group Executive Board for the Sales Division. In 2016, he again assumed responsibility for the Business Unit Grain before taking on the additional position as CEO on 1 April 2023. Mohr is also on the board of CLAAS India Pvt Ltd and the managing director of Claas Osteuropa Investitions GmbH. He holds a degree in engineering from the Baden-Wuerttemberg Cooperative State University2. He is known for his expertise in agricultural technology and his leadership skills. He is committed to advancing the innovation and sustainability of CLAAS and its products.
