Jamila Jadran, born on 19 June 1983 in Hochheim am Main, is a German national with a robust background in aviation and project management. She earned her Master’s degree in Film and Media Science and American Studies from Johannes Gutenberg University Mainz, completing her studies in 2008.

Jadran began her professional career as a Trainee in Procurement at Lufthansa Systems AG in Kelsterbach (2009-2010). She then served as a Product Manager for web-based MRO at Lufthansa Technik Maintenance International GmbH in Frankfurt from 2010 to 2014, and later as Product Manager for Digital Solutions for Customers and Project Lead for AVIATAR Marketing Communications at Lufthansa Technik AG in Frankfurt from 2014 to 2017.

From 2018 to 2022, she held the position of Senior Manager for Market Intelligence at Lufthansa Technik AG, Frankfurt. Since 2018, she has been an active member of the Works Council at Lufthansa Technik AG, also becoming the Speaker for the interest representation of non-tariff employees in 2020 and a member of the General Works Council in 2021. In 2022, Jadran was appointed Chairwoman of the General Remuneration Committee and joined the Group Works Council of Deutsche Lufthansa AG while on leave of absence from the Works Council.

In 2023, she took on the role of Senior Project Manager for Operational Excellence at Lufthansa Technik AG in Frankfurt. Additionally, she became a member of the Supervisory Board of Deutsche Lufthansa AG on 29 July 2023, with her term extending until the Annual General Meeting in 2028.

Throughout her career, Jadran has demonstrated exceptional leadership and expertise in various capacities within Lufthansa Technik AG, contributing significantly to the company’s success and operational excellence. She currently holds no other supervisory board memberships required by statutory law or comparable domestic or foreign regulatory bodies of commercial enterprises.
