Jamie S. Miller has served as a director of the Company since May 2020. Prior to joining GE in 2008, Ms. Miller served as Senior Vice President and Controller of WellPoint, Inc. (now Anthem), and as a partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP. Ms. Miller holds a B.S. degree in Accounting from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio.
