(current DMG MORI CO., LTD.) initially as General Counsel of its U.S. subsidiary until relocating to the parent company in Japan in 2005 with responsibility for international legal matters. During his tenure in Japan, he was involved with the business cooperation with AG and is still involved in the integration of the companies.
