Mr. Park brings to the Board deep expertise in technology and digital capabilities, as well as valuable experience in mergers and acquisitions and public company leadership. Mr. Park has served on our Board since May 2022. He has been Vice President and General Manager, Fitbit at Google LLC (“Google”), a subsidiary of Alphabet Inc., a global technology company, since February 2021. Prior to his role at Google, he was Co-Founder, President, Chief Executive Officer, and Director of Fitbit, Inc. (“Fitbit”), a connected health and fitness company, from 2007 until its acquisition by Google in January 2021. He also served as Chairman of Fitbit from 2015 to January 2021. Previously, Mr. Park served as Director of Product Development at CNET Networks, Inc. (“CNET”), an online media company, from 2005 to 2007 and as President and Co-Founder of Wind-Up Labs, Inc., an online photo sharing company, from 2002 until its acquisition by CNET in 2005.
