He joined the Company through its acquisition of American Management Systems, Inc. in 2004 and has since then held numerous leadership roles, including leading the strategy and growth of CGI’s end-to-end services and solutions for commercial and government clients in the United States and Canada. Prior to his appointment as President and Chief Executive Officer in 2016, Mr. Schindler served as President and Chief Operating Officer of CGI since 2015 and as President, United States and Canada Operations since 2011.
