Vadheim has been employed with Equinor since 1989 and works as a Leading Engineer in fiscal metering of oil and gas. He has previously held various positions in automation and has participated in projects in Norway and internationally. Vadheim was a member of the board of directors of Equinor pension from 2013 – 2017 and from 2017 – 2025 as a deputy member.
