He has been Non-Executive Director of Crookes Brothers Ltd. since November 23, 2012. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Actuaries. Mr. Vaughan-Smith holds a master’s degree in finance from Cambridge University and a B.Sc. (Hons) in Mathematical Statistics from the University of Cape Town.
