Ma. Fatima (“Fama”) De Vera Francisco is Chief Executive Officer, Baby, Feminine and Family Care at the Procter & Gamble Company. She leads P&G’s second largest sector, consisting of P&G’s biggest brand, Pampers, as well as household names such as Always, Tampax, Luvs, Bounty, Charmin and Puffs, totaling over $20 billion in net sales. Fama has achieved many firsts in her 35-year career with P&G, including being the first female sales manager hired in P&G Philippines in 1989, amongst the youngest women promoted to President, and being the first Asian female Sector CEO in P&G’s 187-year history. Fama brings to the board extensive global consumer brand and product innovation experience. She also
brings strong public company and board leadership experience. Ms. Francisco previously served on the board of Organon & Co. Inc., a publicly traded global healthcare
company focused on delivering innovation, improving access, and expanding therapeutic solutions for
women’s health.
