Erica Mann has been a member of Kellogg Company’s Board of Directors since February 2019. She serves on the Audit Committee and the Social Responsibility & Public Policy Committee. Ms. Mann most recently served as President and Head of Bayer’s Consumer Health Division. Prior to joining Bayer, Ms. Mann was the President and General Manager of Pfizer Nutrition. She joined Pfizer upon its acquisition of Wyeth where she served as the Senior Vice President of Global Nutrition.
Ms. Mann also had roles of increasing responsibility at other Fortune 500 companies, including Eli Lily & Company and Johnson & Johnson.
In addition to her executive experience in the nutrition and health industry, Ms. Mann has a deep understanding of key global markets. She is a native of South Africa and a citizen of Australia. She has held leadership positions in South Africa, Australia, New Zealand, Germany, Switzerland and the United States.
Ms. Mann chaired the board of the World Self-Medication Industry (WSMI) and held executive positions on the boards of South African Pharmaceutical Manufacturers’ Association (PMA), Medicines Australia and International Association of Infant Food Manufacturers. She is a member of the Board of Directors at Perrigo and serves on the DSM Supervisory Board.
Fortune named Ms. Mann to the list of the 50 Most Powerful Women International in 2016 and 2017.
Ms. Mann holds a degree in Analytical Chemistry and a Marketing Management diploma from the Institute of Marketing Management, Johannesburg, South Africa
