Mr. Zinterhofer is a Founding Partner of Searchlight Capital Partners, L.P., a private equity firm. He serves on the Investment Committee, Operating Committee and Valuation Committee, and is jointly responsible for overseeing the Firm’s activities with the two other Founding Partners.
