About

With a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Ancona, he started his career in 1995 at Indesit Company (previously Merloni Elettrodomestici).

He worked for the group for 20 years, taking on roles with increasing responsibility in Italy and abroad. Most notably, he was Plant Manager at the facility in Turkey, Director of Research & Development for the Cooling department, and Supply Chain Officer for the group.

In 2007, he took on the role of Managing Director for commercial activities in the UK and Ireland. After three years, he returned to Italy initially to take up the position of Chief Commercial Officer, and lastly Chief Operating Officer, with responsibility for all commercial, marketing and after-sales operations.

In March 2014, he joined Amplifon as Executive Vice President for the EMEA region (Europe, Middle East and Africa).
In March 2015 he was appointed Chief Operating Officer, extending his responsibility for the three regions the company operates in (EMEA, Americas and APAC), as well as undertaking corporate marketing, IT and supply chain responsibilities.

In October 2015, the Board of Directors appointed him the new Chief Executive Officer for the group.
