Emery N. Koenig served as Vice Chairman and Chief Risk Officer of Cargill, Incorporated (“Cargill”) and as a member of its Corporate Leadership Team from September 2013 and December 2009, respectively, until his retirement in February 2016. Mr. Koenig also served, concurrently since April 2006, as leader of the Cargill Agricultural Supply Chain Platform.
