Elisabeth Wallbaum, born on 20 June 1975 in Haltern am See, Germany, completed an apprenticeship as a measurement and control mechanic.
Elisabeth began her professional career in 1991 as an apprentice with HĂĽls AG, a former Group company in Marl, Germany. Between 1995 and 2005, she first worked in the maintenance unit of HĂĽls AG and subsequently in the maintenance and process engineering unit for the Mittelweser group of power stations. From 2005 to 2013, she was IT coordinator, and between 2006 and 2013, she was a member of the Works Council of the Mittelweser group of power stations and the Heyden power station. Between 2013 and 2015, Elisabeth was a consultant for the Generation Works Council Germany (today: Central Works Council of Uniper). Since 2013, she has been a consultant for the Group Works Council of E.ON SE, and since 2014, she has also been a consultant for the SE Works Council of E.ON SE.
