She was a Director of Aerojet Rocketdyne Holdings Inc. from June 1, 2015, until July 28, 2023, and is an Independent Director at Woodward, Inc. since February 15, 2017. Ms. Drake is an accomplished, dynamic leader with extensive experience in profit and loss management, operations, quality and supply chain. She has extensive experience in the Aerospace industry. She holds her commercial and private pilot’s license in both fixed-wing and rotary-wing aircraft. She served on active duty as a US Army Aviator and Airfield Commander of Davidson Army Airfield in Fort Belvoir, Virginia. She is on the Board of Governors of the Aerospace Industries Association, the National Board of Directors of Girl Scouts of the United States of America and as National Space Council’s User Advisory Group. She has aerospace and defence industry knowledge and is an operational expert. Ms Drake is a Distinguished Military Graduate of the U.S. Army Aviation Officer School. She received her M.B.A. from Butler University and her B.A. in Political Science from the College of New Rochelle.
