Diana F. Cantor has served on Domino’s Board of Directors since October 2005 and is a member of the Inclusion & Diversity Committee and a member of the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee of the Board of Directors.
Ms. Cantor is currently a Partner at Alternative Investment Management, LLC, a position she has held since January 2010, and is past Chairman of the Virginia Retirement System, where she served as a Trustee and a member of the Audit and Compliance Committee from 2010 to 2020. She also serves as a Senior Adviser with AKF Consulting Group, focusing on the areas of governance, fiduciary duties and oversight of state-run investment programs.
