Mrs Page was appointed to the Board in July 2014.
Mrs Page has extensive financial expertise, having been a partner at Touche Ross/KPMG Peat Marwick, and a senior executive with the Lend Lease Group, Allen Allen and Hemsley and the Commonwealth Bank.
