Ms. Derby has been a director of Henry Schein, Inc. since February 2021. She currently serves as President and Chief Executive Officer and a director of Carrols Restaurant Group, Inc., one of the largest restaurant franchisees in North America. Ms. Derby brings to Henry Schein considerable experience across a wide range of industries and markets, and particular expertise in human resources, compensation, and supply chain management. Prior to her role at Carrols Restaurant Group, Ms. Derby was President of Horizon Group USA, Inc., a wholesaler of arts and crafts components, from 2016 until June 2020.
