Mr. David D. Austin serves as Senior Vice President of Corporate Development, Strategy & Alliances at Avaya Holdings Corp. and Avaya Inc. since May 2022. He serves as a Vice President of Marketing and Channels at Xeeva, Inc. Mr. Austin is responsible for Xeeva’s go to market activities and also leads the company’s Partner program. Prior to joining Xeeva, he served as a Director in PricewaterhouseCooper’s Advisory practice where he was responsible for enterprise profitability engagements in the technology sector. Before PwC he was co-Founder of Contextware, Inc., an award-winning knowledge management SaaS company where he served as its President and Chief Operating Officer responsible for sales and marketing and client-facing operations. Prior to Contextware, he led industry and alliance marketing and sales operations at Manugistics Group. In addition, he held responsibility for sales training, sales force automation, forecasting, sales process and the demand-to-cash process. He has also held management roles in marketing strategy and advanced technology strategy at Visteon Automotive Systems and at MCI Telecommunications business markets. Mr. Austin holds a BA and a Masters in International Transactions, both from George Mason University.
