Darrell Cavens was elected to our Board of Directors in July 2018. Mr. Cavens was President, New Ventures for the Qurate Retail Group from December 2017 until his retirement in September 2018. In this role, Mr. Cavens led a team responsible for driving innovative retail concepts and looking beyond the Qurate Retail Group’s current business for additional growth opportunities, through internal innovation, strategic partnerships, joint ventures and acquisitions. Mr. Cavens was previously President and Chief Executive Officer of zulily, inc., which he co-founded, from October 2009 until December 2017. Prior to Zulily, Mr. Cavens served as the director of BizTalk Server at Microsoft. From 1999 to 2008, Mr. Cavens held various positions at Blue Nile and at Starwave Corp.
