Daniel Durn has served on Marvell’s Board of Directors since April 2024. In addition to his role on Marvell’s Board, Mr Durn serves as the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of Finance, Technology Services and Operations of Adobe Inc., where he oversees company-wide operations with rigour and ongoing excellence, drives enablement at scale, and powers innovation across the organization.
Mr Durn brings his decades of experience in the technology industry to Marvell, including 10 years as a public company CFO. Before Adobe, he served as Senior Vice President and CFO at Applied Materials Inc., Executive Vice President and CFO at NXP Semiconductors N.V., Senior Vice President and CFO at Freescale Semiconductor Holdings Ltd., and CFO and Executive Vice President at GlobalFoundries Inc. He also held leadership positions in private equity and investment banking where he advised technology companies on corporate strategy and acquisitions.
He earned an MBA in Finance from Columbia Business School and graduated from the U.S. Naval Academy with a B.S. in Control Systems Engineering. He served in the Navy for six years, reaching the rank of lieutenant.
