Clinton J. Coleman has served as a director of RAVE Restaurant Group, Inc. since 2007. Mr. Coleman currently serves as Co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of Novo Labs, Inc.  Previously, Mr. Coleman served as Managing Director of Newcastle Capital Management, L.P., an investment firm that is the largest shareholder of RAVE Restaurant Group, Inc.  He served as Interim Chief Executive Officer of RAVE Restaurant Group, Inc. in 2012 and again in 2016. Prior to joining Newcastle, Mr. Coleman served as Chief Executive Officer of Bell Industries, Inc. and was a portfolio analyst with Lockhart Capital Management, L.P. From 2002 to 2003, he served as an associate with Hunt Investment Group, L.P., a private investment group.
