Mr. Dodds has served as the Co-Founder and Managing Member of Crown Oak Advisors LLC, a registered investment advisor, since May 2020. Mr. Dodds has also served as a senior advisor at The Cynosure Group, a private equity firm, since 2018. He served as a senior advisor at The Carlyle Group, a private equity firm, from 2008 to 2018. From 1986 to 2007, Mr. Dodds held several key positions at The Charles Schwab Corporation, including Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer.
