Christian Radons studied business administration and agricultural economics in Germany and Sweden. He started his career at CLAAS in December 2000, as part of a one-year trainee program focusing on finance. After holding various management positions, including one in corporate development, he was appointed Managing Director of the technology subsidiary CLAAS Agrosystems in April 2012, which later became CLAAS E-Systems. Since October 2017 Radons has been Regional Managing Director of the Western Europe and Oceania sales region, and since 2019 he has also been responsible for the Africa and Middle East sales region. He has been a member of the Executive Board since June 2020 and is responsible for the global business unit Sales and Service.
