Upon the completion of his secondary education, Mark started working at a printing company as Production Supervisor, and was involved with attending to high-tech printing machines, monitoring printing quality and manpower arrangement for different production line to ensure production is on schedule. In 1995, he ventured into the human resources industry and founded Right Pristine ManPro Sdn Bhd (“Right Pristine ManPro”) and AP Venture Provision Sdn Bhd (“AP Venture Provision”). With over 25 years of experience in the business sector, Mark plays a key leadership role in the company guiding its strategic vision, its operational expansion and customer relations.
