Ms Chen obtained a bachelor’s degree in polymer materials from the Beijing University of Chemical Technology. Ms. Chen joined Sinochem Group in 1994. She successively worked at the Export Department of Sinochem Plastics Co.， Ltd, the Assets Management Department and the Risk Management Department of Sinochem International Corporation Ltd, the Risk Management Department of Sinochem Group. From January 2008 until March 2018, Ms. Chen served as deputy general manager of the Risk Management Department, the deputy general manager of the Audit Department, and the deputy director of the Audit and Compliance Department of Sinochem Group. Ms Chen held the role of Director of Audit and Compliance of Sinochem Group since March 2018 and is now the Director of the Audit Department of Sinochem Holdings Group since June 2021.

Ms. Chen also serves as the Chairman of the Supervisory Committee of Sinochem International Co., Ltd and Chairman of the Supervisory Committee of Sinochem Finance Co., Ltd. Ms. Chen has extensive experience in import & export trade, enterprise risk management and internal audit.
