Since joining HP in 1986, Ms. Lesjak has served in financial leadership roles across HP. She served as Senior Vice President of HP Inc. from June 2003 until December 2006 and served as its Treasurer since June 2003 until March 2007, responsible for managing HP’s worldwide cash, debt, foreign exchange, capital structure, risk management and benefits plan administration. She served on the Board of Advisors for Resource Area for Teaching (RAFT). She served on the board of the Haas School of Business, University of California, Berkeley. Earlier in her career at HP, she managed financial operations for Enterprise Marketing and Solutions and the Software Business. Before that, she was group controller for HP’s Software Solutions Organization and managed HP’s global channel credit risk as controller and credit manager for the Commercial Customer Organization. She also served as Vice President of Finance at HP Software Global Business Unit. She has been a Director of Aruba Networks, Inc. since May 18, 2015. She is Director of GE Healthcare Inc. Ms. Lesjak has been an Independent Director of SunPower Corporation since June 6, 2013, until December 31, 2022. She served as a Director of Hewlett Packard Enterprise Company until November 1, 2015. She served as a Director of Neoware, Inc. since October 2007. Ms. Lesjak holds a B.S. degree in Biology from Stanford University and a Master of Business degree in Finance from the University of California, Berkeley.
