Carmine Di Sibio has served as a director of PayPal since July 2024. From 2019 to his retirement in June 2024, Mr. Di Sibio served as Global Chairman and CEO of EY, one of the largest professional services organizations in the world. Mr. Di Sibio began his career at EY in 1985 and served as an advisory and assurance partner for many of the firm’s largest financial services accounts. During his tenure with EY, he held several leadership positions, including Global Managing Partner – Client Service, Chair of the Global Financial Services Markets Executive, and Regional Managing Partner for the Americas Financial Services Organization (FSO), where he started EY Risk Management and Regulatory Services. Mr. Di Sibio serves on the Board of Directors of Prudential Financial, Inc. and is a member of the Board of Trustees of Colgate University and the Board of Visitors of the Wake Forest University Business School. Mr. Di Sibio received his B.A. in Chemistry from Colgate University and an M.B.A. from New York University’s Stern School of Business.
