Since May 2022, Mr. Sepulveda was elected to the Board of Directors to serve as the Chairman of the Board of Cinemark Holdings, Inc. where he has served as Lead Director since 2016 and as a member of the board since 2007. He has extensive experience including serving as the Chairman of the board of directors at Triumph Financial, Inc. (Triumph Financial, NASDAQ: TFIN), a financial holding company offering a diversified line of payments, factoring, and banking services since its inception in 2010. Prior to Triumph Financial, Mr. Sepulveda was the President and CEO of Interstate Battery System International, Inc. Prior to joining Interstate Battery, Mr. Sepulveda was an audit partner with the accounting firm of KPMG LLP in Austin, New York and San Francisco for 11 years. Mr. Sepulveda also has experience serving on the following public company boards: Triumph Financial, Inc.; Matador Resources Company (2013-2017).
