Bruce R. Chizen is currently an independent consultant and has served as senior adviser to Permira Advisers LLP since 2008 and as a strategic adviser at Voyager Capital since 2023. From 2000 to 2007, he served as Adobe’s CEO and as its president from 2000 to 2005. He also served as Adobe’s acting CFO from 2006 to 2007; he had joined the company in 1994. Chizen also currently serves as a director of Synopsys, Inc. and as chair of both ChargePoint, Inc. and Informatica.
