Mr. Levitt has served as the Board Chair of The Toronto-Dominion Bank (TD Bank), a Canadian chartered bank, since 2011 and has been a director since 2008. He also served as a member of the Board of Directors of TD Ameritrade from 2016 to 2020. Mr. Levitt previously served as President and then Chief Executive Officer of Imasco Limited, a Canadian consumer products and services company, from 1991 to 2000, and served in various executive and non-executive leadership positions at the law firm Osler, Hoskin & Harcourt LLP from 2001 to 2015, where he most recently served as Vice-Chair.
